Group Health Insurance

Health insurance has changed so much over the years... from Indemnity plans to HMO plans to EPO plans to PPO plans to High Dollar Deductible plans to the new Exchanges.  With so many changes over the years, having a trusted insurance broker with the expertise and knowledge is key!

Group Dental Insurance
Good oral hygiene is a direct reflection of good overall health.  Having a comprehensive dental plan available makes not only good dental health sense but also makes good overall health sense.
A basic dental plan, aka a starter plan, will provide the initial dental coverage to you and your employees to promote good oral health.  With coverage provided for Preventive Services (i.e. cleanings, exams, x-rays, sealants, fluoride, etc.) as well as Basic Services (i.e. fillings, oral surgery, extractions including wisdom teeth, periodontial, etc.) a basic dental plan will get you and your employee on their way to good oral hygiene.
As dental needs change, a more comprehensive dental plan may be needed.  This type of plan would include coverage for Major Services (i.e. caps, crowns, bridges, dentures, implants, etc.) and may also include coverage for Orthodontia.
Group Vision Insurance
With all the technology we have available at our fingertips, the more strain we put on our eyes.  As we get older, our eyesight tends to change making reading a little more difficult.  A group vision plan can provide valuable protection to our eyes by providing coverage for annual routine eye exams to detect vision changes and a comprehensive package for eyeglasses, prescription sunglasses and contacts.  Protecting your vision is one of the most important things you can do for your employees and their families.
Group Life/AD&D Insurance
Most employees do not have personal life insurance.  They either don't think about it or cannot afford to purchase coverage or may have something in their medical history that makes purchasing life insurance not an option.  As an employer you can provide an important benefit to you employees and their families - group term life/AD&D coverage.  For only a few dollars per month per employee, a group term life/AD&D plan can provide your employees and their families with piece of mind knowing they have the important coverage to protect them in the event of the employee's death.
Group Disability Insurance
No one plans on being disabled.  Many times the disability comes out of no where and employees are not protected.  We purchase insurance to protect our homes, protect our cars, protect our health but do not purchase insurance to protect  our paycheck, our income.  A group disability policy can provide the valuable coverage to protect an employee's income in the event the unthinkable happens - not being able to work.
Group Voluntary Insurance
As an employer you offer your employees a great package....a good salary and good employer paid benefits.  But sometimes employees need or want more.  They need or want coverages that you as an employer cannot afford to pay for.
